SYNOPSIS: The single girl in the big city. Margaret Champagne\'s
one women show \"Learning How To Walk\" tells the story
of a fresh faced single gal moving to New York\'s Lower
East Side--her expectations are turned on their head.

\"I expected my own modern day fairy tale as I took a
bite out of the big apple\" Margaret relates--\"Instead
muggers ran off with my fairy tale ending, leaving me
choking on a bite of the Big Apple and no one seemed
to know the Heimlich Maneuver! I was demoralized,
paralyzed and it was time to start over.....and this
is my story told by the people I met along the way.
\"In the tradition of Tracy Ullman, Learning How To Walk
is a show depicting her
earlydays as a struggling actress new to New York
City, andthe many lively characters that built her
new world.
